Alloy

Alloy is our new casual dining experience. The word “alloy” refers to a metal made by the combination of two or more metallic elements to add strength, just as our Club brings together the ideas and inspiration of our Members to lead Birmingham into a new era. The name is also reflected in our Southern fusion cuisine, which is a combination of Southern cooking and classic techniques from other cultures that create exciting new flavors from classic dishes. 

Breakfast
Start the day with “Luann’s Bakery,” featuring freshly baked pastries and sliced seasonal fruits or à la carte breakfast with traditional Southern favorites with international influences. 

All-Day Dining
We offer an extensive Starter and Share Plate menu along with soups, salads and sandwich offerings featuring fresh local ingredients. 

Beverages
Our mixologists make handcrafted cocktails, pour local draft beers and serve fine wines in our warm and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy our wines by the glass from our Napa Technology Wine Dispenser System.

Element

Our new upscale dining experience, Element, got its name from the word meaning one of more than a hundred substances that cannot be chemically broken down into simpler substances. They are unique to the universe, just like our Members. They come from many different backgrounds and cultures, each with a unique set of ideals and beliefs. To reflect this in our cuisine, our chefs handcraft delicious Southern fusion dishes from several elements including heirloom vegetables, heritage meats and sustainable seafood from local farms, ranches and fisheries. 

Lunch & Dinner
Savor our Entrée menu full of incredible culinary creations served up in style with a steaming portion of our signature Crackling Cornbread. At dinner, prepare your palate with a Southern-inspired Amuse-Bouche course.

Beverages
We focus on fine wines highlighting the terroir in which the grapes were grown, and telling the story of how the elements in the soil affect the wines.
