Racquetball
We have two beautiful glass-enclosed racquetball courts.

Yoga
Yoga is a series of movements that connect the mind, body and spirit. It improves balance and coordination, helps reduce stress, improves flexibility and strength, improves breathing and stimulates energy flow. We offer a variety of yoga classes from beginning to advanced.
Fitness Classes
All levels
First Fridays
This class is held only on the first Friday of the month. You'll feel ready for the weekend after this one.
Cardio/Weight Combo
Strengthen and tone the muscles and the heart and blast calories. This class includes a variety of exercises that may consist of step, kickboxing, spinning, hand weights, balls and bands to work for all major muscle groups while alternating cardio with resistance.
Core & Stretch
We will warm up with moves for the core to strengthen and support. As we cool down, we'll use the foam rollers to release any tension and finish with a total body stretch.
Low Impact Aerobics
All things low impact! We might dance, kickbox, and maybe some old-school floor aerobics, but we'll have fun!

Advanced
Spin
Designed for exercisers of all ages and fitness levels. If you are interested in weight management, cardiovascular fitness and endurance training, this class suits you.
Step
This cardio fitness class shapes and tones the legs, improving coordination, bone density, posture and agility. It's suitable for anyone who wants an energetic and exciting results-oriented workout.
Intermediate
Strengthen & Lengthen
This 45-minute lighter version of our weight training class is designed for beginners or those who prefer a slower pace.
