His expertise in hospitality ensures that members will receive top-notch service and experiences during their time at Monarch. Beyond his professional endeavors, Esteban is passionate about golf. You'll often find him on the greens, honing his skills and enjoying the game. Additionally, he has a creative side as a music producer and DJ, where he channels his artistic talents into producing captivating tunes and cultivating unforgettable experiences. As Esteban settles into his role at Monarch Country Club, members can expect a dedicated and experienced professional at the helm. With his combined passion for hospitality, love for golf, and creative pursuits in music production, Esteban is poised to enhance the club experience for all who walk through the doors of Monarch.

About Lauralee

Over two decades of operational and management experience in the food service and hospitality industry including all aspects of marketing, sales, event organization, coordination, execution, and client experience. Exceptional ability to identify client’s needs, develop clear communication and resolve concerns. Awarded winning top producer within the company. Over 350 letters written to Mr. Marriott and/or corporate commending my customer service and client satisfaction.

About Samantha

Before beginning her career at Monarch CC in May of 2019, Samantha skated her way through life. She was a competitive figure skater and later a professional skating instructor, training competitive figure skaters, power skating for hockey and children as young as 18 months. Additionally, Samantha has extensive experience in client relations, event planning, philanthropy and education. She thoroughly enjoys her days at the Club, her ability to connect members to the club and one another is her strong suit. In her spare time, she enjoys, mountain biking, paddleboarding, roller blading and most of all spending time with her husband and 3 children.

About James

Born and raised in rural Southern Maryland, Chef James grew up with the experience of home-cooked country-style meals and delicious seafood from the bountiful Chesapeake Bay. Influenced by this, he grew to enjoy cooking and eating various types of food. In his 20s, after visiting some of her family while on vacation, he and his then-girlfriend Lauren decided to relocate to South Florida because they loved the beach and lifestyle and haven't looked back. The move exposed him to many more cultural cuisines, and with his talent for cooking, he was able to learn and grow as a chef while working at an international resort. Through industry connections, he was then offered a position as banquet chef at Monarch CC in 2013, where he has again expanded his skills and thrived. He has now obtained his goal of becoming executive Chef, and in the meantime, he and Lauren became married and grew their family to now include 3 lovely daughters, with one more due very soon! In his spare time, his daughters make sure to keep him busy - whether it is going to the beach, hiking, canoeing, snorkeling, or just hanging out at home. Music and concerts are another favorite, and he is always sure to have some of his favorite jams playing while he whips up a delicious meal.

About Frank

Played in five major championships consisting of two U.S. Opens (Hazeltine 1991 and Pebble Beach 1992) and three PGA Championships (Riviera 1995, Winged Foot 1997, and Valhalla 2000). Married 35 years to Sandra Dobbs with four children and 6 grandchildren.

About Jerry

Jerry Impellittiere has been a PGA member going on 45 years. He played on multiple tours including the PGA Tour, Champions Tour, and Canadian Tour. In addition, Jerry has competed in five senior major championships. Monarch Country Club has had the pleasure of Jerry’s great instruction for five years. Jerry has achieved certifications in Titleist Performance, PGA Hope, V1 Pro Master Video Technology, and stack and tilt along with accolades of MET PGA Teacher of the Year and Golf Range Top 50 Instructor.

About Caleb

Caleb lives in Jupiter with his fiancée, where they enjoy snorkeling and spending time at the beach. Coming from Chicago, he was an Assistant Golf Professional at Ravinia Green Country Club and Onwentsia Club. Starting when he was little with the First Tee program in southern Georgia, he developed an unmatched passion for Golf. About Cyrus

Cyrus Krefting is originally from Cincinnati, OH. Cyrus attended Ferris State University, majoring in Professional Tennis Management. He arrived at our club with a passion for the sport of tennis and a dedication to its players. Cyrus has a history of training sectional ranked players in the Florida, Mid-Atlantic and Southern sections of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). He has been involved in several USTA programs including RalleyBall and Quickstart Tennis. While at Ferris State, Cyrus competed in the NIRSA Midwest Championships, advancing to the National Championships. He has also played In the USTA Florida State Championships at the 5.5 level. He enjoys introducing tennis as a lifetime sport to all ages. Cyrus’ goal is to provide positive and memorable experiences for the members and guests of Monarch Country Club.

About Stephen

Stephen was born and raised in New York and has a Bussiness Accounting & Finance degree. Prior to joining the Invited family in 2000 as the Director of Club Accounting, Stephen owned and operated a successful full-service, high-volume restaurant. He joined Monarch Country Club in 2011 and currently holds the Office Manager position and provides vital accounting support to the Club. He comes from a long line of music lovers and enjoys music and live performances, from Bach to BTS. You never know what he will be listening to when you enter his office. Stephen is the father of four beautiful daughters and has been blessed with three amazing grandkids who are his world. Family first!
