Meet Our Board of Governors Chair
Margie Tabel, CFO of Tabel Construction, co-founded the company with her husband in 2004. What started off as a 2 employee company, Tabel Construction has grown to be one of the most respected Builders and home remodel construction and design corporations in the valley. As a woman who wears many hats, Margie has over two decades of experience in interior design, finance, accounting, and customer relations. Through natural progression from construction, she was inspired to pursue a career in real estate and is currently a proud and successful Realtor at Intero Real Estate Services.
A believer in the power of inspiration and hard work, Margie’s leadership values exude commitment to building competent groups of people in the right roles.
When not working, Margie can be found traveling and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and her English Bulldogs. It’s not uncommon to find her whipping up delectable breakfasts on the weekends, pampering her family with eggs and ingredients grown from the Tabel Farm.

About Nicole
Born in Colorado, and grew up in San Jose, attending downtown’s very own Notre Dame High School, Nicole joins us as Director of Member Experience with a breadth of leadership across multiple industries including Death Care, Education, Fitness, Food and Beverage, Nonprofit, Sports, Retail, and Tech. Nicole graduated from Colorado State with her bachelor’s degree and has a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. Nicole’s passion is to make a difference in people’s daily lives through genuine connection and elevated experiences. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys sporting events, working out, music, and traveling – and get’s back to Colorado as often as she can to visit friends and family. Nicole is a doggy mom of a little terrier mix named Oliver, and a proud auntie to her niece.
